Make a provider transition organized and documented
Collect business-owned access before changing providers
An IT handover can involve domain registration, email administration, backup accounts, network equipment and application subscriptions. Identify which accounts the business owns and which depend on the outgoing provider. We can help organize a transition checklist and document gaps. Access and authorization must be confirmed before changes are made, especially where a third party controls a critical system.
Separate troubleshooting from the migration project
A recurring fault should be recorded and investigated even when a larger transition is planned. Review who is affected, which devices are involved and whether a remote session can reproduce the issue. That evidence helps avoid carrying a known problem into the new setup. Server migrations, computer replacement and email changes should have their own scope, sequence and acceptance checks.
Leave the business with a usable system record
The handover should identify equipment, administrators, subscriptions, renewal responsibilities and support contacts. We can connect that documentation to a managed IT proposal and a phased purchasing plan. As a Dell partner, we can also help supply and deploy replacement computers where needed. Onsite tasks and remote support responsibilities are agreed before the ongoing support arrangement begins.
