Plan infrastructure before adding more devices
Check the dependencies behind a server decision
Before selecting a server, establish which applications depend on it, where data lives, how users connect and what the software vendors require. Review storage, backup, access permissions and maintenance responsibilities. A server replacement should have a migration and testing plan, not just a hardware order. We can help compare an onsite approach with suitable cloud options without assuming every workload belongs in the same place.
Build a replacement plan for computers and peripherals
Business laptops, desktops and workstations can be supplied through our Dell partner offering. Map the equipment to users, applications and accessories, then agree on the configuration and transfer requirements. A staged rollout may be more practical than replacing every device at once. Keep records of product selections and warranties so support and future purchasing decisions are based on the actual installed equipment.
Define what happens after installation
A completed project still needs account ownership, documentation and a support route. Decide who handles updates, monitoring requirements, backup checks and user requests. Remote support can address supported software and account issues, while hardware replacement and physical network work may require onsite service. Service hours and response expectations are defined in the agreement rather than assumed from the equipment purchased.
